I started CleanRun in 2013 after watching a homeowner in Highlands Ranch pay $89 for a “whole house special” that turned out to be a shop vac run through two registers. That same week I bought my first Rotobrush system and wrote the first version of what became the H.A.V.E.N. Standard. I’m still on jobs most weeks, especially when a duct repair requires pulling the plenum or when a customer wants the owner to walk the scope before we start. I hold the NADCA Air Systems Cleaning Specialist certification and I still get satisfaction from handing someone their photo record and hearing them say, “I didn’t realize it looked like that in there.” Off the clock, I restore vintage mountain bikes and I will talk your ear off about 1980s Stumpjumpers if you let me.
Marcus T., Senior Installer & Duct Repair Specialist
Marcus joined us in 2018 after eight years doing commercial HVAC install for a firm in Lakewood. He handles the jobs where we find disconnected duct runs (sections of your supply or return line) behind drywall or where the flex duct has collapsed at a tight elbow. He’s certified in Abatement Technologies containment setup and he’s the one who taught the rest of us how to seal plenum seams with mastic (a thick, brush-on sealant) instead of relying on tape that dries out in Colorado’s low humidity. Marcus grew up in Littleton, graduated from Columbine High, and still lives in the neighborhood with his two dogs. He has a habit of finding coins in ductwork, which he cleans and keeps in a jar on his workbench. He’s up to about $14 in change.

She came to us from a property management background in Denver, so she’s seen what happens when duct cleaning gets skipped for three years in a rental unit. She schedules every job with a buffer for attic inspections and she double-checks that we’ve loaded the right filter sizes for your Honeywell or Aprilaire media cabinet. Dana lives in Ken Caryl and hikes the South Valley Park trails most weekends. She keeps a whiteboard in the office tracking how many photo records we’ve delivered since 2013. The number is currently past 52,000 and she updates it every Monday.
Javier R., Apprentice Technician
Javier started with us in 2023 after completing the HVAC program at Emily Griffith Technical College. He’s working toward his NADCA certification and until then he runs the negative-pressure extraction unit (a high-powered vacuum that pulls debris out of your duct system while we agitate it with brushes) on every job. He’s also the one who crawls the tight crawl spaces in older Littleton homes near downtown, where the original galvanized ductwork sits six inches off the dirt. Javier was born in Aurora, moved to Littleton as a teenager, and he plays goalkeeper in a rec league at Cornerstone Park. He asks more questions than anyone on the crew, which is exactly what you want from someone who’s learning to read a camera scope inside a duct run.
